Like just about every other fashion (and music) publication, we spent a good part of this week in the throws of Yeezy Season 3 coverage. If you, too, are looking for a much-needed respite from Thursday’s spectacle, look no further than this week’s best-dressed (none of whom, might we add, wore Balmain or athleisure to their various events).

At Monday’s Academy Awards nominee luncheon, Brie Larson of “Room” stopped by in a pink blouse and crystal patterned skirt from Emilia Wickstead — perhaps a risky look given the slightly odd proportions of the top, but one that Fashionista greatly appreciated. And on Thursday evening, international law and human rights attorney Amal Clooney made an appearance at the Berlin premiere of “Hail, Ceasar!” in a vintage, floor-length Yves Saint Laurent gown with a tulle overlay. It wasn’t white, there was no fur and it was elegant.

Take a look at the rest of this week’s best dressed below.
