Last week, we at India Today Tech reported that the Vivo V17 Pro is coming to India very soon. We exclusively posted a real-life image of the upcoming Vivo V17 Pro. The image confirmed that the Vivo V17 Pro will come with four cameras on the back panel. Now, a new image of the upcoming Vivo V17 Pro leaks and shows the front design of the smartphone. The new photo of the smartphone reveals that the Vivo V17 Pro will come with dual selfie pop-up camera system on the front. With this, we can say that the Vivo V17 Pro will be big on cameras.
Until now we have seen Vivo launch single pop-up selfie camera smartphones like the Vivo V15 series that includes phones like the Vivo V15 Pro and the Vivo V15. The Vivo V17 Pro will be the first smartphone from the company to come with a dual pop-up camera on the front. The presence of a pop-up camera setup means bigger screen-to-body ratio compared to phones that come with various kinds of notch on the front. The photo has been revealed by leakster Sudhandhu Ambhore.
To recollect the Vivo V15 Pro was the first smartphone to come with the pop-up selfie camera in the under Rs 30,000 price bracket. We expect Vivo to use the same pricing strategy for the upcoming Vivo V17 Pro. We expect the Vivo V17 Pro to also be an under Rs 30,000 price smartphone. For now, there’s no information about the pricing of the upcoming V-series smartphone from Vivo.
As of yet all we know that the Vivo V17 Pro will come with quad rear camera setup and dual selfie pop-up camera setup. The camera specs are not known yet. The live image that we reported exclusively showed off the Vivo V17 Pro two colours – light blue and dark blue. The photo further showed the rear camera module aligned in a vertical fashion. The camera module sits in the middle of the rear panel.
The photo didn’t show the smartphone with rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and this means that there will be in-display fingerprint sensor beneath the screen on the front. To recall, the Vivo V15 Pro was among the first smartphones to bring in-display fingerprint technology in the under Rs 30,000 price bracket. We expect Vivo to announce the India launch date of the Vivo V17 Pro very soon.
