Lyf Water 3 With 4G VoLTE Launched: Price, Specifications, and More

Reliance Retail, under its Lyf brand, has launched Lyf Water 3 smartphone – yet another addition in its growing list of budget 4G smartphones. The smartphone has been priced at Rs. 6,599 and is available online exclusively through Flipkart in Silver colour. The phone comes with the Jio Happy New Year Offer, which is valid till March 31, and offers unlimited voice calls and data services.

The dual-SIM smartphone runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop, and sports a 5.5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display with pixel density of 267ppi. The Lyf Water 3 smartphone is powered by a 1.5GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 MSM8939 SoC coupled with 2GB of RAM.

In terms of optics, the Lyf Water 3 comes with a 13-megapixel rear camera tagged with flash and autofocus functionality. The phone also features a 5-megapixel camera at front for taking selfies. The smartphone comes with an inbuilt storage of 16GB, which is expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB) in a hybrid dual-SIM configuration. Notably, only one SIM card slot is capable of supporting 4G connectivity at a time, the other remains limited to 2G.
The Lyf Water 3 smartphone houses a 3000mAh battery that, as per the company’s claims, is rated to deliver HD video playback of up to 8 hours.
The phone measures 156.6x77x7.7mm and weighs 164.6 grams. The Lyf Water 3 offers connectivity options including 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, and Micro-USB. In terms of sensors, the phone comes with ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, digital compass, and accelerometer.
