Moto Z (2017) With Snapdragon 835 SoC, 4GB of RAM Leaked in Benchmarks: Report

Shortly after Lenovo’s rumoured Moto G5 Plus was spotted in a benchmark leak, another Motorola smartphone has now been tipped in new benchmark listing. The new Moto handset dubbed Motorola XT1650 has been spotted Geekbench benchmark listing tipping some of the innards of the handset that’s thought to be the Moto Z (2017).

According to benchmark listing, the alleged Motorola XT1650 will feature Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC coupled with 4GB of RAM. It runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat. The handset scores a decent Single-core score of 1930 and Multi-core score of 6207. The Geekbench benchmark listing tips that the tests were run on Saturday.

The listing was first spotted by Android Pure and it claims that the rumoured handset may be the Moto Z (2017).

However, all these leaks should be taken with a pinch of salt as Lenovo has not mentioned anything about the upcoming device and the leaks legitimacy remains questionable.

Last week, Moto G5 Plus was tipped in leaked screenshots from benchmark and system information app CPU-Z. According to benchmark app, the Moto G5 Plus is said to feature a 5.5-inch full-HD display with a pixel density of 403ppi, and will come powered by a Snapdragon 625 processor. The handset further is rumoured to pack 4GB of RAM and come with 32GB storage. The benchmark tipped that the Moto G5 Plus will run Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box. For the camera, the smartphone is said to sport a 12-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front camera.

Lenovo has already confirmed a launch event on February 26 at the side-lines of MWC 2017 where it is expected to unveil the upcoming Moto G5 and G5 Plus smartphones.
