MSI CES 2022 Round-up: Meet Our PC Hardware Innovation Award Honorees
One of the most popular consumer electronic shows in the world, called, well – the Consumer Electronic Show (now known as just CES), usually graces the start of every year. It’s a chance for products and their manufacturers to be recognized for their innovation in design, engineering, and utility, among many other things.
Like every CES for the past 11 years, several MSI products stand tall with Innovation Award Honors in CES 2022 too. We’ve been eagerly waiting to unveil them to you, so, without further ado – here are the MSI PC parts that won Honors this year!

MSI MEG Z690 GODLIKE Motherboard

The GODLIKE name has earned respect from extreme overclockers and power users who cannot settle for anything below the best. ‘Compromise’ is not something an MSI MEG GODLIKE motherboard does, and the MEG Z690 GODLIKE carries the torch forward with gusto!
It’s the perfect companion for Intel’s Alder Lake CPUs, ready to shatter world records.
One of the first features you’ll notice is the gorgeous touch LCD panel on the motherboard. Not only can it display system stats, but overclockers and power users can also use it to tune settings directly on the motherboard.
From the patent-pending Dual Cross Heat-pipe design connecting two heatsinks to an innovative Wavy Fin Heatsink design that improves heat dissipation, the MEG Z690 GODLIKE offers best-in-class cooling to critical power delivery circuitry. This helps the robust Direct 20+2 Phases (featuring 105A smart power stages) to deliver stable, reliable power to your CPU for an incredible overclocking experience.
In addition to supporting the latest standards like DDR5 memory and Lightning PCIe Gen 5.0, the MEG Z690 GODLIKE also boasts PCIe Gen 5.0 readiness for one out of 6x M.2 slots, so you can rest assured that nothing will hold your performance back today and tomorrow.
Of course, you can enjoy top-of-the-line connectivity features such as onboard 10G LAN, Wi-Fi 6E, Dual Thunderbolt 4 ports, and so much more. No compromises.

MSI MEG Z690 UNIFY-X Motherboard

The Unify lineup is known for its memory overclocking capabilities, and the MSI MEG Z690 UNIFY-X now offers overclockers a chance to break DDR5 overclocking world records!
Focused R&D and careful design of these dual DDR5 DIMM slots on the Z690 Unify-X help carry the cleanest signal possible for an incredible, stable memory overclocking experience.
Although the Z690 UNIFY-X focuses on DDR5 memory overclocking, it doesn’t compromise on CPU overclocking to make sure you can push your 12th Gen Intel CPU as far as you can take it. A Direct 19+2 Phase power design with 105A smart power stages sends clean power to the processor to ensure stability even during an extreme overclock.
The motherboard also comes equipped with all the features needed to manage heat from an extreme overclock. For example, an all-Aluminum cover combines with a VRM heat-pipe, 7W/mK thermal pads, and an Aluminum backplate for unmatched heat dissipation for board components even when pushing your CPU to the limit.
Lightning PCIe Gen 5.0 slots on the Z690 platform makes you future-ready, while 5x M.2 slots allow you to add fast NVMe storage without worrying about swapping a drive out. You’ll also find Dual 2.5G LAN and Wi-Fi 6E support on the MEG Z690 UNIFY-X for a modern networking experience.

The MSI MEG PROSPECT PC Case lineup is what happens when you combine innovation from veteran computing and cooling manufacturers. Developed by MSI in partnership with the gold standard in custom water cooling, EK, the MEG PROSPECT lineup of PC cases is in a league of its own when it comes to having it all.
These cases are specifically designed to accommodate custom water-cooling peripherals like EK’s EK-Quantum Reflection² MEG Prospect 700R PWM D-RGB – Plexi distro plate, as well as several large 360mm radiators.
Every MEG PROSPECT case comes in a standard mid-tower size with tempered side glass panels. So go ahead and equip them with the highest-end parts on the market and proudly showcase the PC build of your dreams to all.
All cases come with preinstalled 3x 140mm ARGB fans at the front and a single 140mm ARGB fan at the rear for effective cooling right out of the box.
Combine them with the latest MSI motherboards to take advantage of the generous front-panel I/O connectivity. In addition to a lightning-fast USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 (yes, USB naming is a mess) Type-C port, you’ll also find HD audio mic input and audio-out ports along with an LED switch button to tweak system lighting on the fly (on the MEG PROSPECT 700RL).
The MEG PROSPECT 700R, on the other hand, boasts a convenient 4.3” touch-sensitive display panel to keep tabs on a broad range of system information as well as to display custom graphics to match your mood and/or your PC setup.

Building your own small form factor PC doesn’t need to come with compromises to either performance or cooling. MSI’s MEG TREBLE SFF case is designed to accommodate powerful components within a stylish, minimal chamber that won’t take up too much of your desk space.
We firmly believe that size shouldn’t limit the performance or features you can enjoy, and the MEG TREBLE is the culmination of this belief. Its design adopts an innovative 3-chamber layout that allows your CPU cooler, graphics card, and motherboard & power supply to breathe. Each chamber circulates airflow to the component(s) inside – delivering effective cooling for high-end components even in a compact case like this one.
Although the MEG TREBLE is a small form-factor case with a relatively tiny footprint, we’ve engineered it to fit as many mainstream components as possible. Not only does this make future upgrades effortless, but it also allows you to tweak and change your system without hassles.
For instance, the TREBLE can accommodate a standard Mini-ITX motherboard – ensuring that you can pick from a broad range of compatible board choices. You can also install a full-length (330mm) graphics card, which covers a good majority of GPUs on the market right now. Up to a 280mm Liquid AIO Cooler can also be employed to tackle even the most CPU-intensive tasks with ease.
The MEG TREBLE SFF Case also boasts a PCIe Gen 4.0 riser cable, so you don’t lose an ounce of performance even when running the most modern graphics cards on the market today.
