PS Plus members can download Tales from the Borderlands and Alienation on PS4, as well as Blood Knights and Port Royale 3 on PS3.
PlayStation Vita users wil receive Laser Disco Defenders and Type: Rider, which are both Cross Buy with PS4.
That’s the lineup for the UK and Europe, but it’s slightly different in the US, where subscribers can download underwater exploration game Abzu on PS4. This is in place of Alienation.
The full lineup includes:
- Tales from the Borderlands, PS4
- Alienation, PS4 (Europe)
- Abzu (North America)
- Blood Knights, PS3
- Port Royale 3: Pirates and Merchants, PS3
- Laser Disco Defenders, PS Vita (Cross Buy with PS4)
- Type:Rider, PS Vita (Cross Buy on PS4)
The full game trial can only be accessed by PlayStation Plus members and looks to be region-locked to North America.
“Get ready to rock again! Guilty Gear Xrd REV 2 includes new fighters, moves, story chapters and more!
“It’s never been a better time to be a 2.5D brawler in the post apocalypse! Hone your skills with an eclectic cast of 25 insane fighters and prove your mettle as the ultimate fighting master.”
Unfortunately, the trial version is only available until the game’s May 26 release date, after which it deactivates. Fans will have to purchase the full version to carry on enjoying the action.
New games added to PlayStation Plus for May
“From the creators of Dead Nation and Resogun, Alienation combines classic twin-stick shooting with a deceptively deep loot system, procedurally-generated end-game maps, dungeon raids, weekly objectives and a global league table.”
Tales from the Borderlands: “Buckle up for a fresh new take on Gearbox’s brilliant Borderlands universe as Telltale Games bring their signature style of action, consequence and storytelling to the lawless, gun-toting world of Pandora.
“And where would a good Borderlands story be without a Vault to hunt? Yep, series aficionados will feel right at home as they join a corporate suit and a cheeky con-woman in search of a stolen fortune and the keys to one of Pandora’s legendary hidden vaults.”
