After launching the ZTE Blade V6 (Review) in India, the company has now announced that it is bringing the ZTE Nubia Z11 mini to the country. The smartphone supports VoLTE, has a full-HD display, fingerprint sensor, and is powered by an octa-core processor. The ZTE Nubia Z11 mini is priced at Rs. 12,999 and will be available exclusively via Amazon India from October 21 in Black and White colour variants.
The ZTE Nubia Z11 mini was first unveiled in China in April this year, and was priced at CNY 1,499 (approximately Rs. 15,000). The smartphone sports a fingerprint scanner at the back, and it can be used for multiple functions like as a camera shutter button or for taking screenshots.
The ZTE Nubia Z11 mini sports a 16-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, 6P lens, autofocus, and LED flash. There is an 8-megapixel front camera also on board. The company also claims that the smartphone carries ZTE’s new phone professional photography system called “NeoVision 5.8”.
As for other specifications, the smartphone features a 5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) IPS display. Under the hood, the ZTE Nubia Z11 mini is powered by an octa-core (4~CHECK~1.5GHz Cortex A53+ 4~CHECK~1.2GHz Cortex A53) Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 (MSM8952) processor paired with 3GB of RAM and Adreno 405 GPU. There is 32GB of inbuilt storage that’s expandable via microSD card (up to 200GB).
The ZTE Nubia Z11 mini sports a hybrid dual-SIM slot (Nano + Nano), which means the second SIM card slot also doubles up as the microSD card slot. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with Nubia UI 3.9.6 skin on top. The handset is backed by a 2800mAh non-removable battery.
Connectivity options on the ZTE Nubia Z11 mini include 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB v2.0 (with USB OTG), GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C port, and Glonass connectivity. It measures 141.4x70x8mm, and weighs 138 grams.
